Un orden físico, mental, emocional, espiritual, es importante en momentos caóticos.

Cuando yo he tenido algún problema aún sabiendo que todo problema esconde un gran tesoro de evolución y sanación, y que la vida tiene momentos más armoniosos y otros menos, se que el miedo está ahí esperando tomar el control, y lo acepto, no lucho contra él, lo que resiste persiste, pero no permito que el miedo me posea, no permito que el movimiento del péndulo me maneje a su antojo.

En esos momentos lo más importante para mi es mantenerme centrada, en una alta vibración, practico ho´oponopono, y repito mucho mentalmente o incluso verbalmente; YO CONFÍO
